Uniform Fitting
Our Uniform Committee Team wishes to express a big thank you to our parents who volunteered their time--whether for 1, 2, 3, or 4 nights--to help fit our marching band students. There are so many details and moving parts to this herculean task, so thank you for your patience on those evenings. Volunteers came straight from work, jumped right in, and learned on the fly to get the students fitted as quickly as possible. Arcadia Music Club is run by parent volunteers, and we thank you for this team effort.
Potential Future Uniform Fitting Dates for 2024 (actual dates TBD)
All Marching Band students will be fitted for their uniforms, hats, and gloves in the Band Room during the times scheduled below. If you are unable to come on your assigned day, you may come to one of the fitting days scheduled before or after your assigned day.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Volunteers are needed for Uniform Fitting Days! There are lots of jobs, from assigning hats to pressing sleeves and hems on uniforms. We need your help!
All fittings are in the evening, please arrive by 5:45 to get training.
Perk for volunteering: We’ll be giving volunteer’s students Fast Passes this year. Your son and daughter can skip waiting in the long lines!

Your student received a flyer (Marching Band/World Line and JV Percussion) with fee information during Drill Week.
Payment Options
Cash or Checks (made payable to Arcadia Music Club) can be brought on your student’s uniform fitting day.
