Support your Student and buy Music Club Scrip!

Scrip Club!

Join the Scrip Club and have your scrip mailed to your home every month.  Simply download the enrollment form hereand return it to the PO Box address on the form.  You will be contacted to confirm enrollment once AEF receives your request.


The Music Club earns a percentage of every gift card sold through the Scrip program (like the High School, we are part of the AEF program).  All gift cards are sold at face value, so there is no extra cost to you.  In addition to purchasing gift cards, you can also participate in our Scrip program by enrolling your Ralph's Rewards Card or by using the Benefit-Mobile app on your smart phone.

Arcadia Educational Foundation and Benefit-Mobile

an Easy Fund-Raising Solution!

Benefit is a free iPhone and Android app that allows you to purchase Scrip Gift Cards from your phone and then pay for your purchases through the app.  After purchasing your gift card, use the Benefit app to pay, either online or at a store location. A portion of your purchase goes directly back to your school.


Let’s get started!

  • visit www.benefit-mobile.com for more information and to download the app

  • create your account

  • select NON PROFITS and then search for Arcadia Educational Foundation

  • select your favorite AUSD school or AHS group

  • Once your checking account or credit card has been linked in the app, you’re ready to shop.

You must register your Ralph's Rewards Card every September even if you were previously enrolled.

If you register your Ralph's Rewards card in the Ralph's Community Contribution program, Ralph's will automatically donate a percentage of your purchases to our program.  Signing up is easy!  

Annual renewal begins September 1st each year.


INSTRUCTIONS:


IF YOU HAVE NEVER REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ONLINE

NOTE: We have a secured website, these procedures will apply to everyone who has not entered their email address and assigned a password.

1. Log in to www.ralphs.com

2. Click on ‘No Account’ Register

3. Follow the easy steps to create an online account

4. You will be instructed to go to your email inbox to confirm your account

5. After you confirm your online account by clicking on the link in your email, return to www.ralphs.com and click on “Your Name’.

6. View all your information and edit as necessary

7. Link your card to your organization by clicking on: a. Community Rewards - Enroll b. Type your NPO number or Name of your Organization c. Remember to click on the circle to the left of your organizations’ name d. Click on Enroll to finish your enrollment process

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED YOUR REWARDS CARD ON-LINE

(This means that you have already entered your email address and assigned yourself a password)

1. Log in to www.ralphs.com

2. Click Sign In

3. Enter your email address and password

4. Click on ‘Your Name’ (In the top right hand corner)

5. View all your information and edit as necessary

6. Link your card to your organization by clicking on: a. Community Rewards – Re-Enroll b. Type your NPO number or Name of your Organization c. Remember to click on the circle to the left of your organizations’ name d. Click on Enroll to finish your enrollment process.
