PARENTS AND FRIENDS of Arcadia Music Club
Welcome parents, relatives, and friends of the Class of 2013. As the class of 2010 prepares for their last year at Arcadia High School, we hope you will be part of the Tradition of Excellence they have established over the last three years, as other alumni have before them.
Each school year the Music Directors provide the goals for each group. The students provide the hard work and discipline. But this is not enough to achieve the success in competition and the pride in performance they work so hard to achieve.
The Arcadia High School Music Club supports the activities of the Marching Band, Color Guard, Orchestra, and Percussion programs. We as parents, relatives, and friends of the music program provide important resources required by our students so they can achieve their goals. Our time and participation is key to success of the music program.
No matter how tight your schedule or little free time you have, there is always a way you can volunteer. Attend or chaperone a competition, concert, or football game; join us for tailgate meals, spaghetti dinner, or orchestra benefit dinner; chaperone for Music Camp (it’s not too late to plan for next year); volunteer at our local Arcadia Festival of Bands or Arcadia Color Guard Invitational.
Please join us at the New Parents Orientation on September 9 in the Band Room after you drop off your student for Wednesday night practice and at the first General Meeting/Pot Luck on Tuesday September 15. Please look for our announcements in your email.
“Enjoy this time with your students, it may never come again”
This is Arcadia High School Music Program’s Tradition of Excellence.
