Music Club Merchandise

Please download, print and return completed order form with payment to purchase Music Club merchandise (for parents only). You may also e-mail Yoko Kikuta to place your order. Current selection includes baseball cap, polo shirts and vehicle license plate frames.

Forms of payment are:

  • Cash; or
  • Check payable to "Arcadia Music Club".

Items can also be purchased at the following events:

  • New Parents Meeting, Wednesday, September 7 2011.
  • End of Field Rehearsal (by Band Room), Wednesday, September 14 2011 at 8:30pm
  • Potluck/Music Club Meeting, Tuesday, September 20th 2011
  • Music Club General Meetings, 3rd Tuesdays of each month (see calendar).

Please note that orders for the custom made jackets will only be taken until September 21st.
