Instructions for Volunteers of All Sites

Baldwin Avenue

For those of you selling programs or souvenirs, please check in at the table in front of the Wells Fargo Bank or the Day Spa on the corner of Arcadia St. and Baldwin to receive further instructions.

Santa Anita Park

Volunteers should enter the park at the Holly and Huntington Drive entrance. Parking will be near the Volunteer Check in Booth. Please check in with the volunteer check in booth at your assigned times.

Arcadia High School

On Friday, November 16, volunteers for the High School should pick up a pass from the Music Room to use to park in the student parking lot. The ONLY entrance that will be open will be the STOPLIGHT entrance on Duarte. Volunteers must check in at the Volunteer check in booth near the food booths. If you are giving credit for your hours worked to one of the middle schools tell the person checking you in. Be ready for possible small changes in assignments. For example, selling souvenirs at the same place instead of working in the food booth.

Citrus College

A map is available for Citrus College under the Festival of Bands, Maps and Directions link. A hard copy will be available on Friday November 16 at the High School Band Room. Everyone must check in at your assigned time with the Volunteer Check-in booth at Citrus for a possible change in assignments due to construction. Please be flexible.
