Uniforms - Online Payment

In order to pay online with a credit card (or using your PayPal account), TWO steps must be performed:

1.  Please provide the information requested in Section 1.
2.  After you submit your response in Section 1, please go to Section 2 to complete payment.  You should be able to pay with either a credit card or through your PayPal account.  If you pay with a credit card, you should be given an option to print a receipt.  If you pay through PayPal, you will be re-directed back to the Music Club website, and should receive a confirmation email.  Please print out either the receipt or confirmation email and send it with your student to Uniform Fitting Day.

It is VERY IMPORTANT for both sections to be completed to ensure your student's payment is properly recorded and received.
