Cost: $245.00 per student

- October 8 2010: Return forms (see below) and pay deposit of $120.00
- November 5 2010: Pay balance of $125.00

Call for Chaperones:
- Chaperones assist in enforcing curfew, providing logistical information for the students, and help with loading, unloading, and uniforms.
- Please contact Dan Bump by e-mail if you are interested in chaperoning.
Add-On Travellers:
- Please make your own travel and lodging arrangements.

| 4pm | Check into Crowne Plaza Hotel (Union City) and eat dinner. | |
| 6pm | Rehearsal at Logan High School (Union City). | |
| 10pm | Return to hotel. | |

10am | Compete in Vintage Band Review (Napa). |
| 2pm | Vintage Band Review awards ceremeony. | |
| 6pm | Compete in Logan HS Field Tournament. | |
| 10pm | Return to hotel. | |
| Sun, Nov 14 2010 | 9am | Travel to San Francisco for sightseeing. |
| 12 noon | Depart San Francisco for AHS. | |
| 8pm | Arrival back at AHS. |
